These terms refer to the sale in Greece of products through the online store www.tsangarakis.com of the company under the name
"GT GALLERY TSAGARAKIS LTD".

Ordering and contracting
Once the "complete order" button is pressed, the customer makes a proposal to purchase the goods in the basket. Before the "order completion, " the consumer is required to agree and accept the application of these General Terms.

Right of Withdrawal in distant contracts
If you are a natural person (consumer) and you purchased the product from www.tsangarakis.com and your purchase is for personal use and not for serving your business, then you are entitled to cancel within 14 calendar days by returning the product. The right of withdrawal is valid as long as the product is in its original condition and the return is made by your own means and cost within 14 calendar days of the day of withdrawal (either you return it or send it to a carrier). Once the product is returned, GT checks to see if the withdrawal is lawful. Once the refund is approved, we will refund to you in full the price you paid for this purchase in the same way that you have paid it back.
Terms and conditions for the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by you or the person you have indicated to be considered within the time limit and no additional justification required by you.

In addition, you are required to return the goods and all accompanying documents (receipt, garantie, etc) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the day on which you announced to us your decision to withdraw from the contract. Please be advised that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be charged for the cost of returning the goods. In the case of return of goods that by their nature can not normally be returned by post, the costs determined by the carrier you choose may be high. If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund the full value of the product you have paid. If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, a condition for reimbursement of the whole price is to have the product in its original condition, the protective strips have not been removed and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products, and materials are included. We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. We will execute the refund above using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The Right of Suspension does not apply to cases exempt from applicable law and case law, such as products that have been manufactured for you by your own specifications, services that have already been performed, products that are not eligible for health reimbursement. Delivery
The processing of orders, collection of products and shipments are made daily (Monday to Friday) during the company's working hours. The products can be sent to you anywhere in the Greek Territory, in the place you have indicated to us. For purchases of products worth up to € 300, the shipping cost is € 5.00.
Dispatch times and availability:
Note that before completing your order, you will find an indication of the expected shipping time in each product as follows:
• In stock: product to be shipped. Delivery time 1-3 business days from order confirmation (by sending an e-mail).
• 2-3 days: the product will be shipped within 2-3 business days of sending the order confirmation (by sending a relevant e-mail).
Pre-order: The customer will be informed within 2 business days of whether and when the products will be available and will, therefore, be able to ship and the estimated shipping time (about 15 business days). The above delivery times refer to the availability of the products in the central warehouse of our company and are indicative. GT is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to instances where it can not be attributed to GT's fault or due to force majeure.
It is clarified that the final confirmation of availability is made when the order is processed and accepted by our company. If ordered products are not available at the time of ordering and processing, GT reserves the right not to accept this order and therefore not to enter into a sales contract. The availability within 48 hours is only valid for the main store in Kolonaki. The time of pickup at other stores in the company may vary and in any case, you should contact the Customer Service Center for the exact time of receipt.
Note that prices in our online store apply only to online orders. Therefore, if there is no online order, the price of the store is valid, not the price of the online store.
